Hi, I’m Rebecca
I’m a Certified Menopause Coach, Nutritional Therapist, and Qualified Personal Trainer, and my mission is simple: to help women take charge of their health through nutrition, fitness, female health, and mindset—so they can make informed choices that truly serve them.
My passion for health and wellness began long before I became a Nutritional Therapist in 2011. After working with clients for several years, I noticed a common struggle—so many women were finding it hard to reach their health and fitness goals, no matter how hard they tried. That realization led me to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2018, focusing on helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies. I ran my own Strive Health Studio until the pandemic forced a change in direction.
Then, in 2019, I hit 50—and menopause hit me right back. Hard.
Despite all my knowledge, I wasn’t prepared for what was coming. The symptoms, the changes, the uncertainty—it was a wake-up call. If I, a health professional, felt lost, how many other women felt the same? That question set me on a mission.
I dove into extensive menopause coaching training, determined to learn everything I could—so I could help other women navigate this transition with clarity, confidence, and ease. Since then, I’ve worked with countless women, breaking down menopause myths and making sure no one feels as lost as I once did.
I believe menopause isn’t the end of anything—it’s a powerful new chapter. And the key to thriving? A holistic approach that combines nutrition, fitness, mindset, and, when needed, medical solutions. No “one-size-fits-all” advice here—I help women create personalized plans that actually work for their unique needs and goals.
